Refund and cancellation policy for DigiPassa — extension licenses, digital products, and digital tools purchases in Bangladesh.
General policy
Because our products are digital and often delivered instantly, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to the product type and delivery status.
Eligible refund cases
We may issue a refund if: payment was duplicated, the product was not delivered due to a system error, or the license/key was invalid and could not be replaced.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are generally not available after a license key has been revealed, a digital download has been accessed, or tool credentials have been delivered — unless required by law.
How to request a refund
Contact support with your order ID, payment reference, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
